Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (ZPMC) is a famous heavy-duty equipment manufacturer, and a state owned company listed on A and B shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange. The major shareholder is China Communications Construction Company Limited(CCCC) which is one of top 500 companies in the world. The former company was Gongmao Shipyard founded in 1885 and it was renamed Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in 2009. ZPMC headquarters is located in Shanghai. ZPMC also has 6 production bases located in Shanghai, Nantong with total area of 6,670,000 square meters and 10 kilometers coastline, especially the Changxing Base, which has a 5 kilometers deep water coastline, and includes a heavy-duty dock of 3.7 kilometers. ZPMC is one of the largest port machinery manufacturers in the world and owns a fleet of more than 20 transportation vessels which are from 60,000 DWT to 100,000 DWT can deliver large products in whole to all over the world.
Our Products
ZPMC products have entered into 106 countries and regions all over the world. There are eight main types of products: Firstly, supply of large-scale port container machinery and bulk material handling machinery for ore and coal. Such as quayside container cranes occupied 70% world market shares. Bulk material handling machinery includes ship loaders, ship unloaders, bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimers and environment-friendly chain-bucket ship unloaders. Secondly, supply of heavy offshore products, such as floating cranes, pipelay vessels and other engineering vessels, all types of platforms, DP systems and jacking systems，goliath crane. Thirdly, supply of large heavy and special steel structures. The production capacity is 1,000,000 tons per year. ZPMC has successfully finished the construction of the U.S. San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. Fourthly, supply of marine transportation and installation. ZPMC has over 20 years’ experience of marine transportation and a strong capacity in the shipping design, offshore and subsea installation. Fifthly, system integration and overall contract of projects, including overall contract of bulk cargo system, global energy saving and environmentally friendly generation IV fully automated terminal system. ZPMC has successfully built the biggest single automatic wharf in the world and the first fully automatic wharf in China. Sixthly, electrical products, software development and integration. ZPMC has a self-owned electrical brand “EZ”. Seventhly, investment and financing. Eighthly, integrated services. ZPMC has built service, operation and investment network around the world to provide quickly, accurate, comprehensive and integrated lean-oriented operation, investment and full lifespan services.
